We offer two shipping options for our custom furniture:
Curbside Delivery: The furniture is delivered outside your home or business. It’s the client’s responsibility to bring it inside.
White Glove Delivery: Our team delivers the furniture inside your home or business, unpacks it, and sets it up in your desired location. They will also remove any packaging materials.

Thank you for choosing Fuerza Design Studio for your custom furniture needs. We take pride in crafting unique pieces tailored specifically to your specifications. Due to the nature of custom furniture, we have implemented a no returns policy, which is outlined below:
All custom furniture orders are made to your unique specifications, including dimensions, materials, finishes, and design. As such, these items cannot be resold once they are produced.

At Fuerza Design Studio, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom furniture. However, we understand that damages may occasionally occur during production or transit. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while addressing any issues that arise. Below is our policy regarding damaged goods.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items carefully. If any damage is visible, please document it with photographs.
Reporting Damages
Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team at mail@fuerzadesignstudio.com
Provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and any supporting photographs.
Assessment of Damage
Our team will review your report and photographs to assess the extent of the damage.
We may require the damaged item to be returned for inspection before processing any claims.
Resolution Options
Depending on the assessment, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
Repair: We may arrange for repairs at no additional cost.
Replacement: If the item is deemed beyond repair, we will provide a replacement ONLY if proper documentation (photographs) are provided upon delivery.
Refund: In some cases, a partial or full refund may be offered, depending on the circumstances.

To ensure accuracy and quality in our custom furniture projects, a site measurement fee will be implemented for all projects located within the Chicagoland area. This policy outlines the requirements and conditions for this fee.
Site Measurement Fee:
A fee of $175 will be charged for site measurements conducted within the Chicagoland area.
This fee is applicable to all custom furniture projects that require precise measurements for design and production.
Scope of Services:
The site measurement will include assessing the space, evaluating any unique features, and taking all necessary dimensions required for the custom furniture design.
Payment Terms:
The site measurement fee will be invoiced prior to the scheduled measurement appointment.
Payment must be received in full before the measurement is conducted.
Refund Policy:
The fee is non-refundable.
Scheduling:
Clients must schedule the site measurement appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling must be done with at least 24 hours' notice.
Exclusions:
This policy applies exclusively to projects within the Chicagoland area. Projects outside this area may have different terms.
Conclusion: This site measurement policy ensures that we maintain high standards of service and accuracy in our custom furniture projects. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Space Planning and CAD Drawing Services
Effective Date: 07/01/2024
Our Space Planning and CAD Drawing Services include:
Initial consultation to understand client needs and preferences.
Creation of detailed CAD drawings to visualize custom furniture placements.
Space planning recommendations to optimize layout and functionality.
Pricing
The flat fee for these services is $250.
This fee covers the initial consultation and one round of revisions based on client feedback.
Additional revisions beyond the first round will incur a fee of $20 per revision.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service agreement.
We accept payments via zelle, cc, bank wire, check
No services will commence until payment is received.
Delivery Timeline
Completed CAD drawings and space planning recommendations will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the initial consultation.
Timelines may vary based on the complexity of the project and client responsiveness.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide accurate measurements and details of the space to be designed.
Clients should be available for follow-up questions and feedback during the design process.
Revisions Process
After the initial CAD drawing is provided, clients have the opportunity to request revisions.
All feedback should be submitted in a single communication to ensure efficiency.
Confidentiality
All client information and project details will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, mediation may be sought before pursuing legal action.
Policy Updates
Fuerza Design Studio reserves the right to amend this policy as necessary. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
